Create a new Project :

  1. Head to the Home Page 🏠
  2. In the ‘Quick Drop’ menu hit the button ‘New Task’
  3. Head over to the ‘Team Tasks’ section and you new task will appear in the database as <New Task>.
  4. Rename it, assign it and set ‘Due Date’ etc, then you’re all done!

Create a new Task :

  3. Head over to the ‘Projects’ section 🔧 and you new task will appear in the database as <New Task>.
  4. Rename it, assign it and set ‘Due Date’ etc, then you’re all done!

Add a staff Member :

  1. Navigate to the ‘Staff Directory’ database by clicking the relevant link on the quick link bar at the top of each page ( 👥 )
  2. From the list of current staff choose one to duplicate. To do this, click on the 6 dots that appear at the left of their name and select ‘Duplicate’
  3. You will now have an additional staff member listed but you need to rename them.
  4. Click on the new staff member you have created and their bio will open in a side view. Change their name, upload a new profile picture to bring them to life!
  5. Now you need to add their name to your ‘Projects’ and ‘Team Tasks’ databases in order to assign them work.
  6. Via the quick links menu at the top of each page, head over to the Projects database ( 🔧 ) then on to the Team Tasks database ( ✅ ).
  7. In each database edit the ‘Assigned to’ property an add their name to the options.
  8. Finally, head back to the new staff members profile, and for their ‘Team Tasks’ and ‘Projects’ database ensure that they are filtered to ‘Lead : <New staff name>
